It's the 20th anniversary of MEO Sudoeste, and music is at the heart of the celebration. Today, one more act has been confirmed for the festival's 21st edition, to close MEO stage on August 5th with the guarantee that there'll be no shortage of party music: Afrojack.

Dutch DJ Afrojack is hands-down one of the biggest names in dance music today. He's won a Grammy, and has collaborated with world-renowned artists: with Pitbull and Ne-Yo on "Give Me Everything", with David Guetta on "Titanium", as well as with Madonna, Chris Brown and Beyoncé – the list goes on. He is constantly featured in the Billboard charts, and performs at the biggest festivals in the world, including Coachella, Ultra, Tomorrowland and Electric Daisy Carnival.

In 2014, he released his debut album, "Forget The World", which is about the importance of focusing on what we really love, freeing our passion for life and not letting ourselves get dragged down by other people's negativity – all of which is backed up by house beats laid down by one of the best DJs in the world. And that's what the crowds at MEO Sudoeste will get.
